Terms of Use
Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”) define the conditions for accessing and using the website flowflowfrance.com (the “Site”) by any user (the “User”), whether or not the User makes a purchase.
Use of the Site requires compliance with these Terms of Use.
Article 2 — Access to the Site
FlowFlow endeavours to ensure that the Site is accessible and operates properly.
Access to the Site may nevertheless be temporarily interrupted, in particular for maintenance or updates, for technical reasons or in the event of force majeure.
FlowFlow cannot be held liable for consequences resulting from unavailability of the Site that is beyond its control, subject to applicable statutory provisions.
Article 3 — User Account
Where the option to create a user account is offered, the User agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
The User is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and must inform FlowFlow as soon as possible in the event of unauthorized use of the account or suspected compromise of login credentials.
Creating an account is not required to access the public areas of the Site.
Article 4 — Content Published by Users
Any review, comment or other content published by a User must comply with applicable law and the rights of third parties.
In particular, unlawful, insulting, defamatory, discriminatory or fraudulent content, or content that infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, is prohibited.
FlowFlow reserves the right to moderate or remove any content that is manifestly unlawful or contrary to these Terms of Use.
Article 5 — Intellectual Property
The content and elements of the Site are protected under the conditions set out in the Legal Notice.
Unless prior authorization has been obtained or the law provides otherwise, any unauthorized reproduction, representation or use of all or part of the Site is prohibited.
Article 6 — Personal Data
Personal data collected when using the Site is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is available separately on the Site.
That policy sets out in particular the purposes of processing, the legal bases relied upon, the recipients of the data, the applicable retention periods and the rights available to data subjects.
Article 7 — Liability
The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with its intended purpose, these Terms of Use and applicable law.
FlowFlow cannot be held liable for damage arising directly from use of the Site contrary to these Terms of Use or from circumstances beyond its control, subject to any mandatory statutory provisions that apply.
The conditions relating to the purchase and use of Products and the guarantees applicable to them are governed by the Terms of Sale and, where applicable, by the information provided on the relevant product pages and instructions.
Article 8 — Changes to the Terms of Use
FlowFlow may amend these Terms of Use, in particular to reflect legal, regulatory or technical developments affecting the Site.
The version in force is the version published on the Site at the time it is consulted.
Changes to the Terms of Use do not have retroactive effect.
Article 9 — Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
